Product Return: Quick and Easy Process
- Contact Us: Please send an email to info@herbal-shop.co.uk to notify us of your return request.
- Return Form: After contacting us, we will send you a withdrawal form to complete and return via email. Ensure that you fill it out correctly and sign it.
- Return Authorization: Once your details are verified, you will receive an email with your return options. You can choose between a full refund, including shipping costs, or an exchange for other Herbalife® products. You will then be able to ship the item to the specified address.
- Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the item to initiate a return.
- Shipping Fees: If you opt for a product exchange, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. However, if you choose a full refund, we will cover the shipping costs.
- Refund: Once the returned items are received and verified to be in perfect condition, we will issue a refund through the original payment method used.
- Exchange Policy: If you choose an exchange, the new products will be shipped to you once your return has been approved.
- Refund Processing Time: After approval, you will receive an email confirming the refund. The amount will be credited to your account within 72 hours, although this may vary depending on your bank.
