Aromatherapy Methods of use

As a guide 10ml is approximately 200 drops.
| To inhale |
2 to 3 drops |
Add to a bowl of hot water, cover the head with a towel and
breathe in for 1 minute. |
| As a massage oil |
A maximum of 1 drop per 1 millilitre
of carrier oil. . |
Mix thoroughly and keep any not used in a brown bottle. One
teaspoon should be enough for a complete massage. If you have a very dry skin
you may need more . |
| Baths |
Add a maximum of 8 drops. |
Close doors and windows to benefit from the vapours. |
| Showers |
A max of 8 drops |
Add essential oil to the flannel after washing and rub over
quickly in running water. |
| Oil burners |
1 to 6 drops |
Add to water in bowl and light the tea light. |
| Light bulb rings |
1 to two drops |
Do not put oil onto a heated light bulb. Do not add water.
